Happy New Year 2011!
You know what that means! A Face Per Day is back! Here you see Carlos anticipating his New Year's Eve attire...his meat shirt, since he cooked prime rib yesterday. It was awesome. Will post pics of that if my phone will cooperate. Ahhh...first day and already, technical difficulties. Have a great New Year's Day everybody!
